Something does have to change. But the first change may be learning how to feel less dread, pressure, and reactivity—even before your boss, workload, or company changes.

When something has to change

You are exhausted from trying to get through one more week.

You tell yourself you just need to get through this project. You need to get more organized. You need the house to stay clean, the kids to cooperate, and everyone at work to stop needing something from you. Or maybe you need to quit. Then you could finally breathe.

But the project ends and another one replaces it. Sunday dread starts earlier. You replay a comment from your boss while you are making dinner. You open job listings after a terrible day, then close them because you cannot tell whether you want a new job or simply want relief.

You may decide to leave. The workplace may contain real problems. But you do not have to wait for a resignation, a better boss, an empty inbox, or a completely managed life to feel better.

Inside the live workshop

You are much closer to feeling better than you think.

The one thing you are missing

See where you have been looking for relief.

Your boss, job, spouse, children, workload, and unfinished list have never been able to give you lasting relief. You will understand why.

What is causing the pain

Discover why you do not need anyone around you to change first.

You already have the tool that creates how you feel. The missing piece is learning how to use it when work and life feel the most overwhelming.

What becomes possible

Create space to hear what you truly want.

When you stop reacting to the urgency, you can decide what you want to change—from clarity instead of from the desperate need to escape.

You do not need to become better at holding everything together. You need to stop making everything around you responsible for how you feel.

Who this is for

For the woman who dreads work—and cannot turn her brain off when the workday ends.

Come if you wake up thinking about work, feel Sunday dread earlier every week, replay conversations when you are supposed to be with your family, or search “should I quit my job” because you want your life back. Come if you keep thinking, “I just need to get through this,” “I cannot turn my brain off,” or “If I could quit tomorrow, I would finally feel better.” You do not need to know whether you want to stay or leave before you begin.
