Private ongoing membership

The School of Courage

A place to practice handling work, pressure, and difficult people without losing yourself in the process.

The School of Courage is Liz Jolley’s private membership for high-achieving women who want ongoing support applying this work in real life. Through practical tools, group coaching, and a community of women who get it, you learn to create space before reacting, handle hard moments more confidently, leave work at work, and become more rooted in your Grounded Self.

Best for women who already know they want continued practice, coaching, and support—not another quick fix or more information to consume alone.

Is this the right fit?

For women who want ongoing support—not another thing to consume.

The School of Courage is for capable women who are tired of knowing what they want to do and still watching their default reactions take over in the moments that matter. This is a place to practice the work with coaching, structure, and other women who get it.

You do not need to be less ambitious. You need a way to stop letting pressure run the day.

The membership may fit if…

You want support practicing this in your real life.

  • Work follows you home, even when the laptop is closed.
  • You know what you “should” do, but still overreact, overthink, people-please, or shut down under pressure.
  • You want to handle difficult people, boundaries, leadership, guilt, and emotional overload more confidently.
  • You want ongoing coaching and practice instead of trying to figure everything out alone.
  • You are willing to examine your thinking, participate, and try new responses in real life.
Another path may fit better if…

You need a different level of support right now.

  • If you are new to Liz’s work and want help with what is happening at work now, begin with the free webinar.
  • If you want focused, private help with a specific boss, conversation, relationship, or career decision, 1:1 coaching may be the better fit.
  • If you only want ideas to listen to privately right now, begin with the podcast.
  • If you want a quick fix without participation or practice, this membership is unlikely to give you what you want.

What is The School of Courage?

A place to stop letting work run your life.

The School of Courage is a private, ongoing coaching membership where women bring the situations they are dealing with now—the boss who gets under their skin, the conversation they keep avoiding, the workload that never ends, or the decision they cannot stop thinking about.

You do not need more advice. You need a place to practice when the hard moment is actually happening.

Inside, practical teaching, coaching, and community help you use The Power of Creating Space in real life—not just understand it intellectually.

  • Stop replaying work conversations all night.
  • Catch the reaction before it runs the rest of your day.
  • Set a boundary or have the difficult conversation.
  • Think clearly about the problem you are actually trying to solve.
  • Leave work at work and be more present at home.
  • Trust yourself more when deciding what comes next.

Over time, this is how you become more steady, self-trusting, and rooted in your Grounded Self—even when work is still messy.

Client experiences

What changes when work stops running the day.

Women who have worked with Liz describe feeling calmer in hard moments, taking feedback less personally, trusting themselves more, and showing up differently at work and at home.

“Liz helped me process what I was avoiding. I felt seen, safe, and ultimately changed in how I manage both work and home. I show up differently now — calmer, clearer, and more grounded.”

“Before Liz, I took feedback too personally. She helped me release shame and judgment and step into real leadership. I trust myself again — and my team feels the difference.”

“Tough meetings used to send me into a spiral — I’d get emotional, overthink everything, and replay conversations for days. Now I walk into the hardest rooms calm and grounded. I don’t react the way I used to. It’s changed how I lead at work and at home.”

Frequently asked questions

What women want to know before joining.

The School of Courage is designed to fit into a full life. Here is what to expect from the time, access, support, and commitment involved.

What is included in the membership?

Members receive access to coaching calls, call replays, the Courage Library, practical tools, and the private member community for as long as they remain members.

What if I do not have much time?

You do not need hours every day. Use the membership around the situation that needs help now—a meeting you are replaying, a boundary you need to set, or a decision you need to make. The goal is useful practice in real life, not completing everything.

What if I fall behind?

There is no perfect pace to keep. Start with the coaching, tool, or conversation that is most relevant to your life today. You are not expected to consume every resource before the work can help you.

What if I cannot attend the live calls?

Calls are recorded, so you can use the replays when your schedule allows. You do not have to attend every call live to remain part of the membership or apply the work.

What if I already feel overwhelmed?

You do not need to fix your whole life at once. The work helps you narrow your attention to what is happening now, notice the reaction that is taking over, and choose one clearer next step.

How long do I keep access?

You keep access to the calls, replays, Courage Library, and community for as long as you remain a member. Monthly and yearly membership options are available.

How is the membership different from 1:1 coaching?

The School of Courage offers ongoing group coaching, tools, and community. 1:1 Coaching with Liz Jolley is more focused and personal, making it a better fit when you want direct support with a specific boss, relationship, conversation, or career decision.

Is the membership worth the money?

That depends on whether you want ongoing support and are willing to practice. The membership is designed to help you change how you handle the moments affecting your work, relationships, leadership, and life—not simply give you more information to save for later.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. You have a 30-day guarantee to explore the calls, tools, and community. If the membership does not feel supportive or aligned, contact us within that window.

Woman carrying the pressure of work and life
What work is costing you

Work is taking too much from you.

You spend the day dealing with your boss, the politics, the workload, and everyone else’s expectations. Then you go home still irritated, drained, and thinking about what happened. You look capable. But it all feels terrible, and you cannot keep doing this.

You do not have to wait for work to get better before you can feel better.

Your boss ruins the day

One comment, email, or decision gets under your skin—and you are still replaying it hours later.

The politics are exhausting

You are tired of managing personalities, reading between the lines, and wondering who you can trust.

You are doing too much

The work never ends, everyone needs something, and you cannot switch your brain off when the day is over.

You do not know what comes next

You keep wondering whether to stay, leave, set a boundary, have the conversation, or change how you handle it.

What you want instead

Feel calmer. Leave work at work. Know what to do next.

You want to handle difficult people without losing your mind, stop carrying work into every evening, and trust yourself to make the next decision. The School of Courage gives you an ongoing place to practice doing exactly that.
